Field testing method of laser welded finned tube
In fact, laser welded finned tube is a kind of heat exchange tube. When it is used, its main function is to increase its heat exchange efficiency. Usually, the outer surface area (or inner surface area) of the heat exchange tube is increased by adding fins on the surface of the heat exchange tube, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the heat exchange efficiency.
Detection method of laser welded finned tube:
1. Double pipes should be buried when the pile diameter is 0.6-0.8m, three pipes should be buried when the pile diameter is 0.8-2.0m, and four pipes should be buried when the pile diameter is more than 2.0m. According to the specific situation of Chifeng bridge, three pipes can be buried in the pile foundation.
2. When the laser welded finned tube is used, the sound wave detection tube should be steel pipe, plastic pipe or steel bellows, and its inner diameter should be 50 ~ 60mm. The joint of the detection pipe shall be smooth transition, the pipe orifice shall be more than 100 mm higher than the pile top, and the pipe orifice height of each detection pipe shall be the same, the lower end of the pipe shall be closed, the upper end shall be covered, there shall be no foreign matter in the pipe, and the pipe body shall not be damaged.
3. The detection tubes can be welded or tied on the inner side of the reinforcement, and the detection tubes should be parallel to each other.
